Dear supporters of CRUDEM’s Hôpital Sacré Coeur,

2011 marked the 25th anniversary of an extremely fruitful working relationship with our Haitian colleagues and friends at Hôpital Sacré Coeur. In a proudly established grassroots response effort, we have combined our talents, experiences and passion to improve the lives of our Haitian brothers and sisters.

In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake of January 12th 2010, Hôpital Sacré Coeur was a place of healing and hope and has continued to be during the on-going cholera epidemic. This is due to the dedication and commitment of our staff, volunteers, and donors who continue to work tirelessly for the well being of the most vulnerable and those most in need. At HSC we have become one of the best hospital facilities in Haiti but there is still so much to be done. In these challenging times, we have an important plan and exciting vision for the future. Through our expansion and upgrades, we will be able to effectively treat more patients and continue to provide critical medical care to the people of Haiti while also engaging in educational endeavours that will positively impact the quality of healthcare in all of Haiti.

Our goal is to ensure the future of CRUDEM’s Hôpital Sacré Coeur by asking for your support with our 25th Anniversary – Hope for Tomorrow Campaign.

The success of our efforts will ensure critical facility enhancements and strengthening of the hospital’s current operations. With the support of our board members, friends, and several foundations we are proud to share that, to date, the Campaign has received pledges and verbal commitments totaling over $2.3 million from approximately 40 lead donors. To help us reach our total goal of $3 million, we are now seeking the support of the broader CRUDEM and Hôpital Sacré Coeur constituency.
